By accessing or using CloudBoxio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law. The company reserves the right to change subscription fees with reasonable prior notice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Information provided must be accurate and current. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of CloudBoxio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the service may be used by CloudBoxio without obligation or compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudBoxio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CloudBoxio does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique. Any disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
